KashPlan Privacy Policy

Overview

KashPlan is a budgeting app for planning pay periods, bills, expenses, and monthly salary cycles. The app is designed to work local-first: your core budgeting records are stored on your device unless you choose to use optional account, sync, purchase, or support features.

Information You Provide

You may enter budget information such as income amounts, expense amounts, categories, accounts, recurring bills, savings goals, currency, country, pay frequency, payday dates, and notes. You may also provide an email address when joining the waitlist or creating an account.

How Information Is Stored

KashPlan stores budgeting data locally on your device by default. If optional cloud account or sync features are enabled, selected account and budgeting records may be processed through Supabase so your data can be associated with your account. If you make an in-app purchase, purchase status and entitlement information may be processed through RevenueCat and the relevant app store.

How Information Is Used

KashPlan uses your information to provide budgeting features, show pay-period and safe-to-spend calculations, maintain history, support exports, manage account access, verify purchases, respond to support requests, and improve app reliability.

What KashPlan Does Not Do

• KashPlan does not require a bank connection.
• KashPlan does not sell your personal budgeting data.
• KashPlan does not show third-party ads.
• KashPlan does not provide regulated financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Service Providers

KashPlan may use third-party service providers for waitlist forms, authentication, cloud sync, purchases, app distribution, hosting, diagnostics, and support. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Data Export And Deletion

KashPlan is built to support export of your budgeting records. You can delete local app data by removing the app or clearing app storage on your device. If you create a cloud account and want associated account data deleted, use the account deletion request page or contact KashPlan at creativechame@gmail.com.

Children's Privacy

KashPlan is not intended for children under 13. The app is intended for people managing personal budgets and pay cycles.

Changes To This Policy

This policy may be updated as KashPlan adds or changes features. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
